In particular, our System is based on the following science of: Auto-Suggestion, Epigenetics, Mirror Neurons, and Psycho-Cybernetics.
Auto-Suggestion by Emilie Coue
Autosuggestion is a Psychological technique that was documented by Emilie Coue, a French Psychologist from the 1800's. He introduced the popular method of self improvement and created the phrase "Every day and in every way, I get better and better."
It is the main driver of creating faith, according to Napolean Hill in his book, "Think and Grow Rich". Many believe the origin of this mechanism, to be ancient. From the East, this philosophy is practiced in many Eastern cultures during worship or prayer in religious institutions.
Autosuggestion, mantras, prayer is designed to point our focus to a worthy goal. In religious activities it's used to focus energies for the realisation of a God consciousness. In this Kit, we're using Autosuggestion as a tool, to consciously create and reiterate, the good that we're trying to attain in our lives.

Epigenetics by Dr. Bruce Lipton, PHD
Dr. Bruce Lipton is the father behind the "Biology of Belief" movement. In his teachings, we can discover that we do indeed have more control over our inner biology than we may give ourselves credit for.
He's gone on record and said that if you understand Epigenetics, there would be no need for the pharmaceutical industry. It's not about the blueprint of the genes contained in DNA. It's about how they are expressed. The brain, and the pictures you hold in it are the determinants behind how we experience health and how we express our genes.
Our cells are replacing themselves at a rate of 50,000 cells per second. The pictures you hold, the thoughts you repeat become embedded in these new cells. The very makeup of your body is changing, and your thoughts are becoming physically intertwined in your physiology.

Mirror Neurons by Dr. Giacomo Rizzolatti
Have you ever watched a movie of someone speeding down the highway being chased, and had a rush as if you were the person driving? This is caused by Mirror Neurons. They help us to imitate what we see, understand actions and intentions of other people, and learn new skills by imitating.
In other words, when someone sees you radiating positivity, this same response is mirrored in the brain of the observer—drawing them to act positively towards you as well. Meanwhile, studies on the amygdala (the brain’s emotional center) show that we induce feelings of fear and anxiety in others if we are ourselves fearful or anxious!
This is further evidence to explain the Law of Attraction theorist’s claim that negative thinking can prevent success, well-being, love and human connection.

Psycho-Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz
This famous Self Development book talks all about the Psychology and belief systems associated with self image. The image you hold of yourself determines the results you get in life. By changing it you change what you attract and what you manifest.
Our self image and belief system is like an automatic thermostat. You set it to 20C, when the room get's cold - about 13C, the thermostat picks up on it, activates the heating system and raises the temperature back to 20C. Similarly, if the room gets too warm - reached 24C, it'll pick up on it, and reduce the heat back down to 20C.
The self image works the same way, we do what is in line with it. If we catch ourselves not in line with this person we imagine ourselves to be, we course correct. Lets say you start to operate a successful business, your self image may kick in and make you self sabotage.
It's critical to understand the importance of self image, and to have a self image that is inline with our goals. That is why we use some of the foundation principles from this book, to help you select and ingrain a self image that releases any chains and prevents self sabotage.
